Karen, We are shocked to hear about Chucks death. Our prays go out to you and your family’s. God has a plan which we don’t know but believe in it. Hopefully can make the future memorial services. I guess him and I won’t coach baseball together until we get to heaven. Mel

So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. He was a really nice e guy. I happened to run into him the day I was leaving Maryland at the gas station. As always, gave me a big hug and said he'd see me in the spring. Going to miss him.

I had the pleasure to work with Chuck during my career with Montgomery County Dept. of Fire and Rescue. He was a fair, knowledgeable, fun, respectful, kind and consumate firefighter officer. There wasn't a day in my career, when working together, that the firefighter kinship wasn't displayed. He was a rare individual where personalities abounded. I am praying for God's Peace and Healing to be ever present for the grieving family and friends who remain behind.
