Abraham Preece

Abraham L. Preece 94 of Sykesville and formerly of Homosassa, FL, died Friday July 27, 2012 at the Homestead of Sun Valley Assisted Living. Mr. Preece was an Army Veteran of WWII. Born October 3, 1917 in Inez, KY he was the son of the late Mary and late Cornelius Preece and the husband of the late Margie Bishop Preece His daughter Sandra Preece Wigton also preceded him in death as well as nice brothers and two sisters. Surviving are Sons Ronald and wife Anne Preece of Dravosburg, PA. Larry and wife Sally Preece of Sykesville, MD 5 grandchildren, David and wife Elise Preece of White Oak, PA, Dan and wife Shannon Preece of Amelia, OH, Michael and wife Lisa Preece of Glenwood, MD , Tim and wife Paige Preece of Marietta, GA and Melanie Wigton and husband Thomas Ellis of Glen Burnie, MD He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, one brother and three sisters. Funeral Services will be held in Wellston and Hamden Ohio Respectively. Memorial Contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave. Westminster, MD 21157.
