He was born January 14, 1918 in Baltimore , MD the son of the late Carl and Mary Razgaitis.
He was a self-employed painter.
He was the husband of Rosabell U. Razgaitis (nee Dill) of Eldersburg
He was the father of Barbara Ann, Donald A., and Steven J. Razgaitis.
Also survived by 4 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
