Alvah “Skip” Rodney Melhuish III, age 81, of Woodbine, MD, died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at his home.
He was born on April 6, 1934, in Wilkes-barre, PA.
He was the beloved husband of Nancy Carole (Mullineaux) Melhuish. They were married for 60 years.
Alvah is survived by his four children, Rodney Melhuish and his wife Beverly, Nannette Spurrier and her husband Joe, Leslie Joslin Williams and her Husband Joseph, Derek Melhuish and his wife Sunshine, his sister Janice Bryant & her husband Lowell, his 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a niece & nephew.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville (Beside South Carroll High School) on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 10 AM until time of Funeral Service at Noon with Pastor Jim Edmonson Officiating.
Interment at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
