Alyce M. Chiarito, 92, of Marlboro, NJ (formerly from Westminster, MD) died Monday, January 25, 2016 at Sunrise of Marlboro Assisted Living.
Born February 13, 1923 in York, Nebraska, daughter of the late John and Anna (Carlson) Johnson. She was the widow of Emil Chiarito after 67 loving years of marriage.
She was a former long standing member of Holy Family Church, Randallstown MD. She was actively involved in church and school activities at Holy Family, Women’s Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus, avid bridge player, excellent seamstress, and avid golfer.
Surviving are children and their spouses; Alan D. and Pilar Chiarito of Baltimore, Michael A. and Marylou Chiarito of Summerville, SC, Vincent P. and Susan Chiarito of Vicksburg, MS and daughter Joanna M. and James Castellano of Freehold, NJ; 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Saturday Feb. 6th from 10:30 to 11:30 and then mass at 11:30 at Holy Family Church, 9531 Liberty Rd., Randallstown, MD. Weather permitting, interment will be in Old Holy Family Cemetery, Randallstown.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Holy Family Church.
