Andrew Earl “Andy” Federkeil died Monday, February 20, 2017 at his home.
He was born December 23, 1960 in Pittsburgh, PA to parents John Wesley and Janet Lorraine (Wogan) Federkeil.
He was married for 26 years to Jean Marie (Goebert) Federkeil.
Andy loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, and yard work; coaching his daughter and son and their friends; spending time with his family; making people laugh; and organizing his world. He was a graduate of West Virginia University and a Mechanical Engineer at Northrop Grumman for 33 years.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents are his two children, John Andrew, and Nicole Megan Federkeil; sisters Susie and husband Bob Dimsa of Pittsburgh, and Holly and husband Mike Galioto and their children Cody, Zac, Jesse and Haley of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by in-laws Janet, John, Patty and Karen Goebert. He was predeceased by sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth “Meg” Goebert.
