She was born November 14, 1942 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Robert E. Rice, Jr. and Mary Regina (Nauman) Rice. She was a florist at Martins. She was an active member of Morgan Chapel Church and served as a Sunday School Teacher . Mrs. Monti enjoyed going to car shows with her husband and doing crafting .
Surviving are son Galen Monti and Tracey Porter of Woodbine, David Monti and Treasa Porter of Woodbine, Kevin and Gabrielle Monti of NJ, sister Joyce Bowersox, grandchildren Galen R. Monti, Jr. Kristen Monti, Shannon Monti, Allison Monti, Julie Henderson, Chase Monti, Marlena Monti, Ryan Monti, great-grandchildren Kaylee, Blakely, Cole and Riley
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Sykesville, MD 21784.
