Anna Jones

Anna L. Jones (nee Miller), age 86, of Randallstown, died Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Westminster, MD. She was born May 13, 1925 in Richlands, VA, the daughter of the late Dewey Miller and the late Elizabeth Lamie Miller. She was a housewife. She was a member of Elders Baptist Church and former member of Colonial Baptist Church. She was a volunteer for Northwest Hospital Center for 4 years; she enjoyed gardening and loved her children and family and Jesus. She was the wife of the late Loran Jones. She was the mother of Bruce Jones of Catonsville, Brenda Rote of Hampstead and the late Gary Jones. She was the grandmother of Lisa Griffith and great grandmother of Christopher and Jordan Hadley, and Sean Griffith. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM; Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 12:30 PM at Elders Baptist Church, 1216 Liberty Road, Eldersburg, with Rev. Jim Edmonson officiating. Interment Lake View Memorial Park.
