Anna May “Gran” O’Melia (Foreman) , 94, formerly of Essex, MD; died Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at SECU Hospice House in Bolivia, NC.
She was born September 14, 1921 in Baltimore, the daughter of the late Edward Foreman and the late Marie (Pernicka) Foreman.
She was the spouse of the late Victor M. O’Melia Sr.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlene Dontell, of Longs, SC; grandchildren Lisa Lewis, Amy Matte and husband, Roland, Kelly Norton, Colleen Klinger and husband, Steve; great grandchildren Chris Dontell and wife, Erica, Krystl Sasser and husband, Ryan, Kora Klinger, Austin Lewis, Bria and Nate Matte; and great-great grandchildren Angelina Petrucci, and Ryan Sasser Jr.
She was predeceased, in addition to her husband, by a son, Victor O’Melia Jr., and numerous loving siblings and cousins.
A private service will be held Saturday, March 5, with internment at Holly Hill Cemetery in Chase, MD. Arrangements by Burrier-Queen Funeral Home.
