He was born October 13, 1994 in Towson, Maryland.
He was employed by FES in Reisterstown; and he enjoyed sports and loved the water.
He is survived by his mother Kelli Richardson and Greg Manahan; Father Charles Coon, Jr., and Dawn Coon; maternal grandparents Bruce Richardson and Judy Foy; paternal grandparents Charles Coon and Dianna Coon. In addition to he leaves behind 3 sisters and 2 brothers: aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, girlfriend, and many friends.
