Barbara C. Mitchell (nee Smith), 78 of Sykesville, MD passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Birch Manor.
Beloved wife of 61 years to Rev. Curry Mitchell.
She was born June 4, 1943, in Olney, MD the daughter of the late Ralph Smith and the late Dorothy Smith (nee Connelly).
She worked at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics lab. She loved gardening sewing and spending time with her family.
Surviving her are 4 daughters, 3 son-in-laws, 1 sister, 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous other relatives.
Interment will be PRIVATE.
