Barbie Ann “Grammy” Blocher (nee Tenley), 55 of Taylorsville, MD passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022.
She was the wife of Donald “Don” Blocher.
Barbie was born December 2, 1966, in Washington, DC the daughter of Andrew James Tenley and Sandra Jean Tenley (nee Cash).
She enjoyed gardening, Baking, making homemade jellies and jams and any craft. She really loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are her children; daughter Brittany Clark, stepsons Jason Blocher & wife Megan and Jared Blocher and wife Elizabeth. Loving grandmother of Braelynn, Ryker, Bowen, and Charlotte. Also survived by her siblings Jay, Joann, Dawn, and Chuck.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School).
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 12 Noon at Ebenezer United Methodist Church 4901 Woodbine Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784.
Interment to follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery.
