Beatrice Marie Knill, age 89, of Woodbine, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 10th, 2016.
She was born July 12, 1927, the daughter of the late LeRoy Harrison and the late Edna Harrison (nee Leatherwood).
She was the sister of the late Sterling Harrison and the late Gladys Snow. She was the aunt of Doris Condon and Shirley Dubbert and also the great aunt of Francis Condon, David Dubbert, the late JoAnn Condon-Aquino and the late William Dubbert.
She was the wife of the late Roger Knill. Together they owned and operated Gray’s Creek Marina in Gibson Island, MD. She loved the water and the boats and talked about them frequently. Later in life she found love again with companion Monroe Wright. Together they traveled all around the world and shared many great memories.
Family and Friends may call the BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, P.A. (Beside South Carroll High School) on Sunday August 14, 2016 from 4-7 PM. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 10 AM.
Interment will follow at Morgan Chapel Cemetery.
