Bernard R. Ebberts, age 76, of Randallstown, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Brightview Senior Living in Westminster, MD.
He was born on January 30, 1937 Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Bernard O. Ebberts and the late Elaine Adkins (nee Scott).
He was the husband of the late Judith E. Ebberts (nee Mayne) who died on April 18, 2012.
He served in the US Army and the National Guard. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was a member of the Church of Open Door in Westminster. He was a member of the Yankee Rebels Drum corps. He was an electrician for IBEW Local #24 and held several titles as a Business Manager and President of IBEW Local #24. He was an avid sports fan and above all he loved the Lord.
He was the father of April R. and husband Brian Rose of Westminster, and Todd Ebberts of Randallstown; grandfather of Nicholas, Gabrielle, Hannah and Joshua Rose.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) Friday, January 3, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM where funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM with the Dr. Rev. E. Norris Belcher, Jr. of Church of the Open Door in Westminster officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park with Military Honors.
