Betty B. Anderson (nee Blizzard), age 83, of Westminster, died Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Carroll Hospice, Inc.- Dove House in Westminster, MD.
She was born October 23, 1931 in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late Henry N. Blizzard and the late L. Virginia Shoemaker Blizzard.
She was a retired cafeteria cashier for South Carroll High School for 32 years. Active Member of Taylorsville Winfield Lions Club and the OWLS.
She was the mother of Burke Anderson, Mark Anderson, Karen Moline, and Amy Rutley.
Sister of Harry N. Blizzard and late Barbara Ann Noppenberger and the late Mary Jane Ketterman.
Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Gathering of family and friends will be at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD (Beside South Carroll High School) Friday, April 24, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 PM with a Memorial Service at 6:30 PM; after gathering there will be light refreshments at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home Multipurpose room.
