She was born February 27, 1933 in Czar, WV the daughter of the late Harry Leland Russell and late Delphia Mae (Smith) Russell
Betty enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, flowers and birds. Her greatest love though was for her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
Devoted mother of Darlene and husband Wayne Carter of Baltimore, Debby Stafford of Baltimore, Denise and husband Michael Litzau of Baltimore. Dear Aunt of Marty and husband Tom Wade. Loving sister of the late Ed Russell, Mary Lou Sheppard, Glenn Russell, Kenny Russell, Judy LaCoss, the late Francis Russell and late James Ronald Russell. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
