Betty Runkles

Mrs. Betty I. Runkles, 83, of Marston, widow of the late Earl S. Runkles, Jr. died peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at home. She was born in Frederick County, MD she was the daughter of the late Charles B. Long and Bessie S. Long. She loved playing Bingo and spending time with her two grandsons. Surviving is her daughter Tressa R. Kolk and husband Victor E. Kolk, Jr. of Marston and Two grandson’s Dylan M. Kolk and Austin R. Kolk also from Marston.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 3, 2021, from 5-7 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784 (beside South Carroll High School).
Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 10 AM at Locust Grove Cemetery 13356 Glissans Mill Rd, Mt Airy, MD 21771.
