October 3, 2014, a day forever etched in our minds. Bohde David Henley, born June 8, 2010, was released from our earthly world. Greeted in heaven with open arms by his Daddy, David Ripley Henley and his grandfather, Douglas Henley. The son of Jami Shipley Henley. Boh leaves behind his little sister Aubrey Danielle Henley; his grandmothers, Googie ( Jan Shipley), Gammy (Marsha Henley), and Grammy (Joan Henley; his grandfather, Grandanny (Dan Shipley); his aunts, Jessica Myers, Jenny Reese, Kelly Eshelman, and Katie Henley; his uncles, Jay Henley, David Myers, Josh Reese, and Dan Eshelman. Along with many other family members and friends, including nurses, doctors, and medical staff at Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital, whom Boh always left with a memorable impression. Bohde loves his family very much, but most of all his Mommy, Jami and sister, Aubrey. So much, that Bohde wants to marry his Mommy, telling her she is beautiful and she can buy a pretty dress. He is always checking for his sister, making sure she is okay. Bohde is an old soul, full of little boy dreams. A life shortened but memories long. Please hold him tight, David Henley…until we are together again.
