Ms. Bowman was born June 21, 1962 in Frederick, MD the daughter of Barbara Ann Bowman and the late Albert Harrison Stevenson.
Surviving in addition to her mother are sister Doris and husband Frank Gibson, brother Jerry Bowman, brother Melvin and wife Nina Bowman, brother Wilbert Gibson, uncle Thomas Bowman and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers Allen Lee Bowman and Albert Bowman, Jr.
