Carol Dorsey

Carol Elizabeth Hilbinger Dorsey, age 81, of Woodbine, MD, oldest daughter of Henry A. Hilbinger and Margaret W. Saunders was born in Washington, DC on February 15, 1943., passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD.
She was the wife of William A. Dorsey, Sr.
Mrs. Dorsey had been a member of Calvary Lutheran Church since 1948. She served on many committees, the Church Council and sang in the choir. She was a member of Calvary’s Prayer team and a Stephen Minister; Mrs. Dorsey led a long fulfilling life caring for her family and others. She was an avid Scrapbooker. She liked to travel in her red convertible and take pictures.
She leaves behind son and daughter-in-law Wm. Allen Dorsey, Jr., and Suzy Dorsey; grandchildren A.J. (Allen) and partner Ben, Taylor and husband Daniel, great-grandson Oliver, sister Susan Shannon, many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Celebration of Life will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 16151 Old Frederick Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Anke Deibler officiating..
