Charles Edgar Cowley, Sr., 50 of New Windsor, MD, died Suddenly January 18, 2006 at his home in New Windsor, MD. He was the spouse of Deborah Ann Allen Cowley of New Windsor, MD. He was born December 16, 1955 in Baltimore, MD the son of Edgar Samuel Cowley of Lakeland, FL and the late Barbara Gertrude Newton Cowley. Mr. Cowley was a supervisor for Baltimore Public Works . He was the Assistant Scout Master for Winfield Troop 733. Surviving in addition to his wife and father are Daughter and Son-in-law: Sherry and Craig Brannon, Sr. of Littlestown, PA, Sons: Charles Edgar Cowley, Jr. and Samuel Leroy Cowley both of New Windsor. Brother: David E. Cowley of Florida, Brother: Edgar S. Cowley, Jr. of Ocean City, MD Sister: Alice Cowley, Jr. of Lakeland, FL, Sister: Marylyn Schauffle of Frederick, MD Grandchildren: Craig Wayne Brannon, Jr., Kyrstin Ann Brannon and Michael Lee Brannon. Funeral Services will be Friday January 20, 2006 12:30 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A. Interment will be in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Baltimore, MD. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
