He was born September 27, 1946 in Baltimore MD the son of the late Elizabeth (Novak) Kaizer and the late Charles Kaizer.
Mr. Kaizer was a retired Sargent with the MD State Police and most recently retired from the Carroll County Liquor Board.
He was a member of Philanthropic Lodge #168 A.F. & A.M., New Market, MD and to the Shriners Frontier Club, Frederick, MD. He was also a member of Westminster VFW Post 467 and American Legion Gold Star Post 191 Mt. Airy, MD.
Devoted father of Sandra and husband John Martin of Westminster, Charlotte and husband Walt Feezer of Manchester, Kelly Kaizer and Walt Ingram of Harve de Grace, and the late Brenda Kaizer.
Dear brother of Betty Jones and Robert Kaizer. Son-in-law to Barbara Rhoden and Joyce Kerlin.
Loving grandfather of Stephen, Christopher, Matthew, Cory, Timothy, Jeffrey, Daniel, Maggie, Katie, Patrick,Jessica and Colten.
The Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. There will be a MASONIC MEMORIAL SERVICE during the 7-9 visitation on Sunday July 17th. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, July 18, 10:30 AM . Interment to follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Mt. Airy, MD. Donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children c/o Donor Relations, 3551 North Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19140.
