Charlotte L. Knauer (nee Marshall), age 75, of Westminster, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. She was born March 5, 1936 in Red Star, West Virginia the daughter of the late John Marshall and the late Helen Elimore Marshall. She was the mother of Patricia Nunn, Johanna Shewan, Jinelle Holbrook, Joseph Knauer, Regina Hamby and the late Rebecca Davis. She was the sister of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Marshall and Janice Revese. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Private Services.
