Cheryl Kay Mellor, of Westminster,
Passed suddenly Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Carroll Hospital Center.
She was the spouse of the late Charles M. Mellor to whom she was married to for 47 years.

The daughter of the late Roderick M. and Elsie L. Stickle (Weeks)
Cheryl moved to Towson, MD with her family in the late 60’s where she attended Towson High School.
After meeting her husband Charles (Mike) Mellor, they married in 1972 and then went to live in Rota, Spain for four years while her husband served in the US Navy. When returning from Spain they resided in Carroll County where she was an office manager for Dr. Andrew Pataki.
She was an avid Ravens and Oriole Fan and her and her husband had numerous Labrador Retrievers over the years. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and watching sports on TV.
Surviving is Step-mother Margaret Stickle, brothers John Stickle and wife Bonnie and Terry Stickle his late wife Marguerite, late Tom Stickle. Brother-in-law Joseph Mellor & wife Barbara Anne. Nieces and Nephews Alisa Stickle, Joseph Stickle & wife Kristen and their children Gabriella, Anthony and Julyanna; Matthew Stickle (Nicole Parsons) and their children Alder and Willow; Jennifer and husband Richard Fortin and their children Keeley and Kellen, T. Christine Mellor Cline and husband Bernie and Bob Mellor and wife Jen, and Cat Tid-Bits
Surviving in addition to her family are dear friends whom she considered family Bill and wife Kathy Brooks and their children Jennifer and husband Craig Foreman, Michelle and husband Keith Jacobs, Billy Brooks (Brooke) and Michael and wife Jill Brooks; and their children Kaidyn, Nicole, Tyler and Rachel who she loved like her own grandchildren, and the rest of her entire extended family. She had an infectious smile and will be missed by many.
