The son of Kenneth R. Earp, Sr. and the late Carol Ann Ford.
He was an avid Redskin and Oriole Fan.
Surviving in addition to his father are step-mother Patricia Earp, sisters: Sharon Ann Lapore , Ann “Gail” Pry , brothers Kenneth Earp, Jr. , Jimmy Earp and Jason Earp, honorary sister Kim Shaulis The Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, 2017 6 to 8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A, 1212 W Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784, with Funeral Services at 7PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity, 255 Clifton Blvd Ste. 301 Westminster, MD 21157
