Conceicão Medeiros Pinson (nee Oliveira), age 87, of Baltimore, formerly of Broadway, North Carolina, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Ivy Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore, MD.
She was born November 11, 1925 in Sao Miguel-Azores, Portugal the daughter of the late Manuel Maria Oliveira and the late Maria Pacheco Oliveira.
She was the wife of the late Henry Sterling Pinson, Jr.
She was a factory machine operator.
She was the mother of daughter Maria Emerson of Baltimore, MD, Sons- Victor Medeiros of Everett, Massachusetts and Dean Pinson of Washington, DC, Son-in-law Rodney Hillman of Fallston, MD; Sisters- Fernanda Smith of Arabi, GA, Brothers- Antonio Oliveira of Connecticut, and Alvarino Oliveira of Boston Area in Mass. Grandchildren: Taylor Hillman, Elizabeth Hillman, Marco Pinson, Peter Medeiros, Susana Medeiros Botelho, Patricia Correia, Paul Medeiros, Nuno Medeiros
Predeceased by her daughter Joanne Marie Hillman and husband Henry Sterling Pinson Jr.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD (Beside South Carroll High School) on Sunday from 1-3PM and 5-7PM; where Catholic Prayer service will be held Monday, March 18, 2013 at 9:00 AM with Deacon Karl Bayhi of St. Joseph Catholic Community in Eldersburg officiating.
