Corey Sweigart, 52 of Lebanon , PA , died Monday April 23, 2007 at Johns Hopkins Hospital . He was the spouse of Jayne Anne Sweigart of Lebanon , PA. Mr. Sweigart was born January 19, 1955 in Lebanon , PA the son of the late Carl and Catherine Beck Sweigart. Mr. Sweigart was a Drug and Alcohol Program Representative Supervisor for the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Mr. Sweigart also received a BS Degree from Lebanon Valley College . Surviving in addition to his wife are Sons: Robert Fourman, Ben Sweigart and Ned Sweigart all of Lebanon , PA. Loving Sister and brother-in-law Cathy and Russell Bonawitz of Pine Grove , PA.
