He was born September 12, 1957 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late William Porter, Sr. and the late Betty Lee Brown Porter.
He was a truck driver. He loved his 66 Impala and was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved to work and fix lawn mowers.
He was the husband of Rose Porter of Westminster.
He was the father of Dale Wayne Porter, Jr. and companion Katherine Rose, Christopher Livesay and Michael Meushaw and companion Heather Simpson
Brother of Judith Bowling, William Leonard Porter, Jr. and Sandra Lee Hall.
Grandfather of Evelyn Rose Porter and 3 step grandchildren Anthony, Cheyenne, and Timothy Lewis.
Brother in-law Karl and wife Melanie Hackl and Former Brother-in-law Jimmy Bowling
Also survived by a nephew and numerous cousins.

Memorial Service will be held Friday December 14, 2012 6:00 PM at Liberty Church, 1641 Old Westminster Road, Westminster with Pastor Joe Ready officiating.
