She was born May 19, 1954 in Montgomery County, MD the daughter of the late Thomas Edwin Bell and the late Velma Mae (Holterman) Bell
Survived by two children Debra and Milton; grandchildren Robert, Heather, Michael, Samantha and Amanda; great-grandchildren Savannah and Katherine. Also her brother’s Phil, Billy, John, David, Joe and sisters Ruth & Patty. Her longtime companion Donald Shroy.
