Died peacefully, February 18, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was the spouse of Steven Hartman. Mrs. Harman was born February 10, 1967 in Montgomery County, MD the daughter of the June Kilby and late Ernest Kilby.
Debbie was employed by APWU.
She loved her family and they were the most important people in her life. She was a very caring person, loved the beach, always came up with fun things to do with all of the family.
Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are son Deven Hartman of Westminster; daughter Hannalee Hartman of St. Augustine, FL, sister Barbara Johnson and brother-in-law Tom Poole; sister Renie Lawson and brother-in-law John Lawson; niece Kelsey Lawson; mother-in-law Crecia Hartman; sister-in-law Stacey Swierzbinski; nephew Jackson Bindo and numerous other family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
