Derek Mccracken

Derek A McCracken was a loving fiance, father, son, grandfather, and friend. He left this world suddenly on October 3, 2021 at the age of 49. Derek was born Nov, 18, 1971 in Westminster, MD. Derek’s love of life did not end with his death, he is survived by his fiancee, Crystal Worrell, his sons, Tyler and Michael McCracken, his mother Sue McCracken, his brothers, Keef and Ben McCracken, sister Jessica McCracken, his step-mother Lori McCracken, his nieces Kira McCracken and Shay Johnson, nephews Dylan and Lyric Johnson, his step-children John Deavers and Brandy Williams, his grandsons Wyatt, Cash, and Jax Deavers, and granddaughter Lily Williams. Derek was preceded in death by his father Michael McCracken and brother Matt Merlo. A celebration of life gathering will be conducted at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home on Saturday Oct. 9th from 1-3 p.m. 1212 West Old Liberty Rd. Winfield MD, 21784. Derek loved spending time with his family and friends. He had a love of football and music, whenever you could pry him away from his passion of cars and working to provide for his family at Car Finders of Maryland.
