Donald Glenn Lentzner, Sr., age 65, of Woodbine, died Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at Carroll Hospital Center , Westminster , MD.
He was born August 17, 1939 in Westminster , MD , the son of the late Sterling Walter and Emma Caroline Lentzner (nee Arnold ).
He was a carpenter, farmer and truck driver.
He was the loving husband of Patricia Ethel Lentzner (nee Franklin ), to whom he was married for 43 years.
Devoted father of daughter Lisa Martin and husband Joe of Winfield and son Donald Glenn Lentzner, Jr and wife Toni of Taneytown.
Also survived by brother Kenneth (Bud) Lentzner and wife Amy of Union Bridge, devoted sister-in-law Doris Vicarini, and 2 grandsons, Joey & Nicholas Martin.
He was the son-in-law of the late William E. and Julia M. Franklin.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Smallwood, Taylorsville Hunt Club, and the Westminster Moose #1381. He also enjoyed gardening and sports with his grandsons.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Thursday from 7-9 PM, and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
Funeral Services will be held at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. on Saturday August 20, 2005 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. O.F. “Bud” Kibbe officiating.
Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery , Smallwood , MD.
