She was the husband of the late Patricia Ann Timney (Hoban)
He was born April 24 in Lonaconing, MD the son of William E. Timney and Rhetta (Dodd) Timney.
Mr. Timney was a retired Elementary School Teacher having taught in Carroll County Public Schools for over 30 years. He was an all-around handyman especially with Plumbing. He enjoyed camping and the Trumpet. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are daughters Tessa and husband Jesse Starr of Westminster, Wendy Baldwin of Westminster. Daughter Wendy Baldwin of Westminster, Grandchildren Caden, Riley, Treten, Alliya Starr, Karleigh, Brady, Donovan, Riece Baldwin
A Gathering of Friends will be held Friday June 13, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784
Memorial Services will take place Saturday July 14, 2014 11 AM at the Funeral Home.
