Donald Richard “Rick” Will, 52, of Westminster died suddenly on July 29th, 2018 at Carroll Hospital. Born on September 10th, 1965 he was the son of Donald and Patricia Will.
Rick graduated from South Carroll High school in 1983 where he played on the football and baseball teams. After high school he began his own company in construction, also known as Will Contractors.
In his spare time Rick loved and cherished being outdoors, watching NASCAR, spending lots of time with his friends and family, and volunteering with his son’s boy scout troop, where he was named The Carroll Scouter of the Year in 2011 for his profound generosity, service, and impact on his troop.
Rick is survived by his lifelong companion Deni Krug, Son Kyler Krug, Parents Donald and Patricia Will, Siblings Rob (Sherry) Will, Randy (Kathy) Will, Nieces Jenna and Ashley, Nephews Brandon, Tyler, Aaron, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Along with his twin brother Michael Edward Will, he is preceded in death by Grandparents Edward and Eva Will, Alice and Edgar Dennis, Aunts and Uncles Edward and Norma Lee Dennis, Edward “Bill” Will, Edwards Summers, Richard and Betty Wiles, Cousin David Dorsey, and Niece Ashlyne Will.
A Gathering of Friends will be held Thursday August 2, 2018 from 6-8pm at Burrier Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A.,1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 (beside S. Carroll High) following that will be a memorial service from 8-9pm.
