Doris Marie Russ (nee O’Connor), age 88, of Westminster, died Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Lorien in Mt. Airy, MD.
She was born December 18, 1927 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Francis O’Connor and the late Marie O’Connor.
She worked for Hutzler’s Retail as a clerical worker, also worked for C & P Telephone, she enjoyed watching sports, especially the Baltimore Orioles and the BALTIMORE Colts; enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and family get together’s.
She was the wife of the late William Thomas Russ.
Surviving are children and their spouses Thomas Steven and Denise D. Russ of New Windsor, Charlotte Ann and Robert Thomas Bowen of Mt. Airy, David Michael and Bobbi Jo Russ of Westminster, sister of Patricia Huber of Mt. Airy; grandchildren Thomas Jeffrey and Michele Bowen of Mt. Airy, Sherri Lynn and James Greer of Smithsburg, Christy Lynn Russ of Frederick, Andrew Michael and Sarah Russ of Westminster, James William and Liz Russ of Taneytown, Michael Patrick Russ of Frederick, MD; great grandchildren Taylor, Ashley and Emily Bowen, Cameron Greer, Abigail, Olivia, and Aubrey Russ.
