Doris Saffron

Doris E. Saffron (nee Euler), age 89, of Winfield, died Friday November 14, 2008, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born June 13, 1919 in Rockdale, MD the daughter of the late John Wesley Euler and the late Edith May Clutz Euler. She Graduated from Catonsville High School. She was a retired Secretary for Principals for the Baltimore County Board of Education. She was a lifetime member of Salem U.M. Church in Hebbville. She was the wife of the late Robert J. “Bob” Saffron. She was the mother of Barbara L. Snyder of Fenwick Island, DE and her late husband Ronald, and Suzanne and her husband Jerry W. Linville of Winfield. She was the sister of John C. Euler and sister in law Justine of Ocean City, MD. Cherished grandmother of Laurie Orfanidis, Wendy Higgins, Jon Linville and their spouses. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held Monday November 17, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) with the Rev. O.F. “Bud” Kibbe officiating. Interment Lake View Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
