Dorothy Brickerd

Dorothy Brickerd (nee Selby), age 75, of Reisterstown, died Thursday May 28, 2009 at Gilchrist Hospice Care, Inc., Towson, MD. She was born December 1, 1933 in Mt. Airy, MD the daughter of the late Leona Selby and the late Helen Lindsay Selby. She was a housewife. She was the mother of late Debra Brickerd, late Mark Brickerd, and late Douglas Brickerd. She was the sister of Ruby Robertson of Middle River, Janet Perry of North Carolina and Betty Snyder-Mantell of Frederick. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Saturday May 30, 2009 from 12:30-2:00 PM. Graveside & Interment Service Saturday May 30, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Prospect U.M. Church Cemetery in Mt. Airy with Pastor O.F. (Bud) Kibbe officiating.
