Dorothy L. “Dot” Fritz (nee Walker), age 80, of Westminster, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Carroll Hospice, Inc.-Dove House in Westminster, MD.
She was born October 28, 1936 in Glenwood, MD, the daughter of the late Earl E. Walker and the late Alice Elizabeth Walker (nee Brightwell).
She was the wife of the late Roland “Sonny” L. Fritz, Sr.
She was a Milk Tester and also a Patient Observer at Carroll Hospital Center.
Devoted mother of the late Roland “Butch” L. Fritz and the late Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Fritz; sister of the late Millard Walker and the late Earl Walker; grandmother of Dawn Elizabeth Fritz and Tina Marie Fritz; great grandmother of Desmond Dwight Smith; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School) on Saturday from 6-8 PM and Sunday from 1:00-2:00 PM; at which time Funeral Service will begin at 2:00PM with Rev. Mindy Coates officiating.
