Douglas Keith Helms, age 56, of Taylorsville, died Sunday, January 29, 2012. He was born December 18, 1955 in Baltimore City, Maryland, the son of Anne Ayres Helms and the late Jackson Arthur Helms. He was a program manager for the Department of Justice, ATF. He was the husband of Cherri Lyn Helms. He was the father of Heather Napoli and Meredith Helms. Also survived by 2 sisters.
