Earl Hyde

Earl Lantz Hyde, Jr. 87 of Linwood, MD, died Wednesday June 3, 2009 after an extended Illness. He was the spouse of Nannie Larue (Gosnell) Hyde. He was born June 18, 1921 in New Windsor, MD the son of the late Earl Lantz Hyde, Sr. and the late Lena (Gutman) Hyde. Mr. Hyde worked for C & P Telephone for over 30 years. He was also a Hobby Farmer. He served 4 years during WWII in the United States Coast Guard. He was a member V. F. W. Memorial Post 8806 of Union Bridge. He is predeceased by his beloved Son Earl Lantz Hyde, III. Surviving in addition to his wife are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside Services will be held Saturday June 6, 2009 1:00 PM at Pipe Creek Cemetery, Pipe Creek Rd and Rt. 84. Inurnment to follow. Arrangement by Burrier-Queen Funeral Home Winfield, MD.
