She was born March 15, 1933 in Woodbine, MD the daughter of the late Burgess and late Lillian Gosnell. She was the wife of Raymond A. Haines. She is retired from the Social Security Administration.
Surviving her in addition to her husband are son and daughter-in-law Raymond E. and Deena Haines. Brother Carroll Gosnell of California, Sisters-in-laws Marie Kunkle, Audrey Gosnell and Jean Haines.
She is predeceased by Sisters Virginia and Hazel and Brothers Albert and Bernard
