Passed Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the Dove House from complications after hip surgery,
Beloved husband of June (Gue) Kilby.
Mr. Kilby was born May 12, 1932 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Carlin and Macy Kilby.
He was retired from the MD State Highway Administration.
He liked auctions and Bingo. He recycled and gathered items for people in need
Surviving in addition to his wife are Daughters: Barbara Johnson (Tom Poole), Deborah Hartman (Steve) Irene Lawson (John). Grandchildren: Deven Hartman, Hannalee Hartman, Kelsey Lawson. Niece Heather Seals, Nephew Gene Seals (Kathy) 3 Great-nieces and nephews, 3 great-great Nieces and nephew
Preceded in death by Sister-in-laws Georgia Seals (Bob) and Nancy Seals (Elmer)
