I have died, October 16, 2017, at home. She was the loving wife of late Harold George Wanzer .
Mrs. Wanzer was born and educated in Staten Island, NY.
She was an active member of St. James Lutheran Church in Rockdale, MD. She enjoyed to travel with her husband on 4 continents and corresponding with friends. Mrs. Wanzer was an animal lover.
Loving mother of the late Richard Wanzer, Kenneth and wife Nancy Wanzer, Marilyn and husband “Rip” Walter Riddle, Nancy and husband George Hladky. Dear grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 14. Preceded in death by a grandson.
Graveside services will take place Saturday, October 21, 2017 11:30 AM at Lake View Memorial Park, 2724 Liberty Rd. Sykesville, MD 21784 with a Celebration of Life 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784.
