Evelyn Elizabeth Davis, age 80, of Taneytown, MD, died Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Lorien Nursing Home & Rehab. Center in Taneytown, MD. She was born February 3, 1932 in Watersville, MD the daughter of the late Archie and Bessie Elizabeth Davis. She was a Retired housekeeper for Springfield State Hospital Center. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Friday August 31, 2012 from 10-11:00 AM at which time funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM with Rev. Art Monroe officiating. Interment Mt. Olive U.M. Church Cemetery, Mt. Airy, MD.
