Passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 after a 4 year battle with Cancer.
Mr. Hiner was born May 8, 1961 in Roanoke, VA the son of Helen Moler Hiner and the late Harvey t. Hiner.
He was an accountant for various businesses. He was graduate of Roanoke College. He had a great love for 60’s music.
Surviving him in addition to his mother are Sister Cindy Hall of New Windsor, Niece Melinda H. Glover, Nephew Charlie Hall and Great-Niece Elizabeth Glover. No services are planned at this time.
