Gary Alan Young, 75 of Westminster, MD passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Northwest Hospital.
He was born June 29, 1949, in Maryland the son of the late Ralph William Young and the late Helen Grace Young (nee Bastin).
Gary was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by younger brother and caregivers Bud and Wanda Young; nephew Kevin Pace and wife Karen, their children Tori, Bradley and Christopher; nephew Craig Pace and wife Amber, their children Megan and Jarret Pace Saunders, Emily and Sarah; his sister-in-law Francis (Fran) Young, niece Kathy and grandchildren Jessica, James, Ryan and several great grandchildren. Also survived by his significant other Savy Chu, her sister Sakhunek, niece Joullena Chuek and children & grandchildren.
He was predeceased by older brother William (Bill) Young Sr., nephew William (Billy) Young Jr.
The Family will receive friends on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (beside South Carroll High School), where funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 11 AM.
Interment at Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery.
