George Kerner

George John Kerner, Jr. 82, of Woodbine, MD passed away on January 15, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was the beloved husband of Maureen Kerner.
He was born September 3, 1939, in Baltimore, MD the son of the late George John Joseph Kerner, Sr. and the late Thelma Kerner (Quinn).
George was a veteran of The United States Navy.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his three children, Debbie Glynn, Linda Hutter and Bill Kerner, his sister Diane Drumheller, Brother Jimmy and 6 loving grandchildren: Ryan, Annie, Raigan, Megan, Liam and Mackenzie.
A gathering of Friends will be on Thursday, February 3, 2022, from 10-11 AM at which time a prayer service will begin at 11 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School).
Interment at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
