George Pearl

George “William” Pearl, age 85, of Annapolis , died Thursday November 16, 2006 at Anne Arundel Medical Center , Annapolis . MD. He was born May 20, 1921 in Hagerstown , MD the son of the late Anna Mae Pearl. He was a Sales Manager and Insurance Salesman for Monumental Life Insurance Company for 15 years retired in 1982. He was a Cub Master for Cub Scouts. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and woodworking. He was the husband of Helen Virginia Hartman Pearl. He was the father of Charles W. Pearl of Lusby , MD and Michael W. Pearl of Annapolis , MD. He was the brother of Catherine Connelly of Baltimore . Also survived by two granddaughters and three great granddaughters and a very close friend Paul Rippeon. Graveside service will be held Monday, November 20, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Locust Grove Church of the Brethren Cemetery 13356 Glissans Mill Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771, with Rev. L. Ross Kirk officiating.
