Gerald A. Monroe, age 73, of Sykesville, MD, died Tuesday, January 07, 2014 at Season Hospice at Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown, MD.
He was born March 15, 1940 in Brooklyn, MD the son of the late William E. Monroe and the late Eugenia E. Monroe (nee Boncek).
He was the beloved husband of Charlotte R. Monroe (nee Shackelford).
He was a retired Graphic Designer/Photographer for Westinghouse. He loved the Baltimore Ravens, the Baltimore Orioles and the Maryland Terps. He was a member of the American Legion Sykesville Post #223.
He was the devoted father of Lisa Monroe Passarello and husband Tim of Sykesville, and Gary E. Monroe and wife Michelle of Boring, MD.
Dear Brother of- David Michael Monroe of CA.
Beloved loving Pop Pop of Allie, Nicholas, Patrick and Timmy Passarello and Austin Monroe.
