Glenna Joyce Berry, 74 of Mount Airy, MD
Passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on November 16, 2017. Joyce was born May 15, 1943 in Bradley, WV, the daughter of the late Marcus Murdock and Daisy Neal Murdock. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Calvin Gale Berry; son, Randy Berry and wife Angela; son Marcus Berry and wife Kelly; grandchildren; Rebecca, Rachel and Emily Berry. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, WV and then move to Washington, DC where she worked at the Department of Agriculture until she married and became a homemaker. She was an avid camper and animal lover. She and her husband regularly attended the Church of the Redeemer for 18 years. Joyce graciously gave her time and worked as a Community Volunteer for many years at Mount Airy NET and various other Charitable Organizations. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 9 AM to 11 Am when Funeral Services will take place at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A, 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd.
